Your first visit to our clinic: Paperwork: Complete a brief questionnaire to help us get to know you. The doctor will use this information to help formulate the recommendations for your care. You may print out and complete our Patient Information Sheet here. You will need Adobe Acrobat. Education: To acquaint you with our clinic and explain how we help our patients regain their health, most patients see a short 7 minute video. Consultation: You'll meet the doctor who will discuss your main complaint, review you health history and determine if yours is a chiropractic case. Examination: A thorough 66 point orthopedic, neurological, and chiropractic test will be performed to determine the cause(s) of you problem. X-ray: Exam If necessary, x-ray views may be taken to determine specific spinal care needs, reveal any pathologies, and make your chiropractic care more precise. On-site equipment is state of the art. Correlation: Before proper care can be rendered the doctor will study your examination findings. Later, you'll see your X-rays, review the doctor's findings, and get specific care recommendations. Orientation: To help you understand our care, get you well faster, and to help you save money, you will be invited to attend our spinal care workshop. These are given weekly and at no charge. Next Visit: Your first visit is complete. Plan to spend about 40 minutes on your next visit to receive the results of your exam. Treatment choices will be presented.
